Once you have clicked on the product you wish to purchase you will be taken to its product page with all the details. In Italy, delivery typically takes place within two working days from receipt of the dispatch notification email, but may be delayed due to difficulties in reaching certain geographical areas or unavailability of the product or the recipient.
In Europe, delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days.
When your order is taken over by the courier, you will receive an email at the address indicated during the purchase process or a text message with the tracking link to monitor the shipment. If you receive parcels from the courier with sender Technocases online shop visibly damaged, broken or stained please return the shipment to the sender. We will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. If the shipment consists of several packages and not all of them are damaged, please return the damaged package to the sender by signing the carrier's delivery note "subject to reservations". Also in this case Technocases online shop will return the damaged package and replace it. Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and the return of the new one are at Technocases online shop's charge.
